SHAWN BELLE

From playing professionally across the globe to becoming a trainer, business owner, coach and GM, Shawn Belle is entrenched in all things hockey. Shawn Belle's most notable accolades include being a WHL 1st round draft pick, NHL 1st round draft pick, five-time member of Team Canada competing in the World Juniors, U-18, U-17 and Deutschland Cup along with a 10-year professional playing career that included the NHL, AHL and two of the top professional leagues in Europe. While forced to step off the ice due to lingering injuries sustained over his career, he has not stepped away from the game. Over the last eight years he has established himself as a decorated coach at the junior, collegiate and minor hockey levels; while recently stepping into the General Manager role of an academy-based hockey organization. As the Owner of Seven Performance, Belle shares his wealth of industry knowledge with up-and-coming athletes by offering hockey-specific training programs. his passion for the game continues through his entrance into the media side of hockey, with appearances as a Sportsnet and TSN Analyst.
